I don't know for sure if the version that I bought recently from Quality
Computers is the latest (well, last) version of Cross-Works. However, I
suspect that it is. It's version 2.0A. And there were a couple of love
notes inside the box from Softspoken Tech Support talking about a few
Cross-Works features that wouldn't work properly (since other software was
updated and their's *wasn't* updated to accomodate the changes). I
mentioned those in a previous post. I guess that it wasn't worth their time
and effort to update their software, but at least they threw in the love
notes so that I didn't have to find out what did and didn't work the hard
way.
And please don't misunderstand, I am making great use of Cross-Works. It
*does* get the job done.
