The card ca be programmed to use interlaced mode on the RGB, which
eliminates the black lines, but that mode is not used to display normal
IIgs graphics, which is a good thing because interlaced mode flickers
annoyingly for many people.

If you want to get rid of the lines and see the desktop in all it's
blocky glory, you'll have to use a VGA monitor.
