    Lift the front-end of the case several inches off the desk, then
let it drop back down. This was advice Apple gave to Apple III owners
however, not Apple II (there were so may chips on the original 1980
Apple III board, the heat they generated caused the sockets to expand
and the chips to literally pop out).
