   That's "Caltech" (one word, one letter capitalized) and "California
Institute of Technology." Sorry, but after seeing people misspell it
for quite some time, it needs to be corrected. The site name is
apple2.caltech.edu, which is fairly easy enough to remember.

   Just go to the comp.sys.apple2 Frequently Asked Questions, at
http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html which has instructions on 
how to download or transfer files, where to get files from (listing
Caltech and many other ftp/WWW sites), and the like.
