I just found the driver on Asimov. I'll give it a try later.

I see references to both AEHD and AEHD+. This is the non-plus version.
However, from what I read, it should do 1.44MB MFM with a Superdrive
controller. On an early Mac, it is supposed to do 1.44MB, but I think
it needs a driver.
