The Apple II Desktop is system software and may be distributed with
a license from Apple.  This must be what ground and the others are
doing.

This is not the Kitchen Sink thing, btw, but was actually the first GS
finder before a 16-bit one was written.  It used to be MouseDesk before
Apple bought it.
