Whatever the answer to your questions may be, I too have downloaded this
program, and can tell you that it is also available (perhaps under a different
name) on the Ground site.  For everyone else's benefit, this appears to be the
program that has previously been discussed in this group as the GUI Apple bought
from some French authors.  BTW, it doesn't run exactly right for me on my //e
(the desktop appears with icons, but disk drive 2 keeps spinning).
