A BXY file has a 64 byte header that allows Proterm to save the file in
the ORIGINAL APPLE II filetype. 

So if you download Foo.BXY from your BBS, Proterm will see the header
and know to save the file as "SuperChess.SHK" with a filetype of SHK
and an Auxtype of SHK.

This allows files that are not compressed (Like an Appleworks file) to
still retain the filetype and auxtype.
