   Binary II encoding (similar to Macbinary, but far less bloat) is a
short (16 byte?) header on the front of a file which includes filetype
info, etc. Certain comm programs can rip off this header and adjust
the Apple II filetype on downloading.

   .BXY is a .SHK with Binary II. Look at the nulib src to see precisely
how big the header is.
