If you don't mind losing the adjacent slot, you could buy a blank card
from Radio Shack (item 276-1598), cut off the extra fingers (maybe
it's just right?  It says it's a PC/XT board.), cut a fan-sized &
shaped hole in it, and slap a fan over the hole (item 273-244,
273-243, 273-242, or 273-241).  If you place the fan & its hole right,
you should have a fan blowing right on your hot-headed chip.  Of
course, the fan might be so big it wastes *2* of your slots...not
good...
