Right, but that's software and SCSI is (mostly) SCSI.
My admittedly only-slightly-informed guess is that the Mac isn't doing
anything that an Apple II couldn't, especially a IIGS.
So, since the commercial entities aren't going to pay attention (IMO),
it's up to one of us to hack it. And I think it's within the realm of
possibility.
