If everything that was suggested has failed, get hold of the DOS 3.3
system master. On it is a program called BASIC13 (or something like that)
for booting 13 sector DOS 3.2 disks. You may just have a DOS 3.2 disk and
no matter what ROM you have, DOS 3.2 is not DOS 3.3.
