THANK YOU for being very realistic about who or what killed the apple.
If it isn't obvious to the zealots, the only thing that killed the Apple
][ was the one at the top who made the decisions: John Sculley.  Why
don't these anti-piracy crusaders who are trying to make a cheap buck
selling apple ][ software go rag on Sculley for ruining their livelihood?
Perhaps because its much easier to attack a target you can easily
reach.

Piracy is RAMPANT all over the world with regards to IBM software.  How
come the IBM platform doesn't go away?  HMMM?  Got an answer for that
anyone?  Oh, because IBM made the right decisions when it created the
IBM PC and guaranteed its success.  Something Apple did not do with
the Apple ][.

To you people still trying to suck every last drop of blood from the
dead, decomposed corpse of the apple ][: a) blame yourselves for not
taking steps to change the corporate direction of Apple, b) blame
yourselves for not adapting to other more viable platforms
