Get ADT (from somewhere in ftp.asimov.net/pub/apple_II?).  It is a
program that runs on an Apple // and a PC; it transfers programs over
the serial cable (I think you need a bona-fide Super Serial Card; the
IIgs serial port won't work, I hear).
