you need version 7.1 or so, available on the net, cuz they took out
the imaging stuff in later versions.  if you need 7.1 in some other
format, or can't find it, let me know and I'll help out. 

btw: CTP makes ".img" images, you would still need to re-order 
the image once it is made, you can do this with ImageConverter, 
available at:
