Assuming the drive(s) are connected properly, I'd try a genuine low
density (360K) 5.25" MS-DOS formatted disk in the PCT TransDrive. Since
you say the light comes on, it appears to recognize the drive, but not
the disk in it. Just to be sure, go into the PCT Control Panel (hold
down the Shift key and press Caps Lock twice) and make sure you have the
TransDrive listed as Drive A. Make sure no drives are configured that
aren't really there.
