OK, I'll cross my fingers and try this.  I did fiddle with some switches, 
but I didn't try every combination and as I have no documentation I 
didn't really feel comfortable doing this.  Something akin to the "don't 
mess with an undocumented jumper even if it's labeled 'sex and free 
beer'" rule I guess. (paraphrased from Dave Haynie)
