The short answer is no, unless you are willing to invest in a
PC-Transporter, which is basically a PC-AT on a card. With a PC-Transporter
installed, you can connect a PC drive to the PCT and read it that way.
As a general rule, it's a lot easier to transfer files between PC's and
Apple II's via a serial link or email.
