..and it also blocks slot 3 as you noted, where as the NTSC one has
slot farther forward. This is the primary difference for the RAMWorks
II vs. III. So they could service the PAL market too.

As for displaying it in the US, get an Ilo, Cyberhome, Durabrand, etc-
whack job LCD monitor. Most of them will do NTSC, PAL, SECAM, etc. Or
a Sony PVM display (or equiv.) that displays practically everything
including analog RGB.

I've got a few of these for just this reason. Basically, the tuner-
less version of the KV1311CR, in a rack mount chassis. Very durable
monitor.

But, yes- thats the PAL //e version of the Softcard Premium. No reason
why it won't work the same way.
