Yet another bug in 6.0.1's HFS

Hmmm. Time to check this out with an 800K floppy to see if it
is replicatable (and if an 800K test floppy gets toasted, I don't
care. Blasting a HD partition is NOT cool) and such. If it is, I
might upgrade the warnings about the HFS FST in the c.s.a2 FAQ
Bottom line, folks: THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH 6.0.1's HFS FST.
