Thanks, I'm going to go ahead and try that on one of my Unix boxs.

*Slapping forehead*
Why didn't I think of that! :-)  Tried it last night any everything
worked fine
although it took a couple of tries to get the ram disk right.  I can now
run GS/OS
6.0.1 which was what this whole thing was about.
