Yes.  There's also "Can't we talk about something relevant?"   :)

"ID this card" sometimes is a discussion or an info-giving.  "How to
transfer" has been covered a hundred times so it's either info-giving or
RTFM.  The next two aren't discussions, they're diatribes.  "Read my
FAQ" is a statement, not a discussion.  "Can I connect ____?" is like an
"ID this card", it's a quest for info, and "Is there software..." is
like a "How to transfer."  Beyond that, um, there are other discussions.
You just have to dig through the horseflop sometimes to find 'em.
