Using an Apple // disk drive on a Mac in this way will not work.  I
suggest you get a null-modem cable, connect the two computers, and
tell AppleWorks that a printer is at the other end of the null-modem
cable.  Next, open ClarisWorks, make a new communications document,
set the settings to match the ones in AW, and tell AW to print.
Simply capture the text on the Mac, and save it.
