Sure!  Microsoft, first off, didn't manufacture the 386.  Apple DID
manufacture the Apple IIgs.

Second, Microsoft still supports the 80x86, yes?  Apple no longer
supports the 65xxx, right?

If Apple had promoted the machine which made them into such a big company,
they would be a much bigger market force.  This is the same as saying MS
would not have as much power.  Agreed?

Formal logic:  you asserted NOT A, then immediately asserted A.

Come on, now.  The Apple II was outselling Mac 5:1, and you think Mac
was so great.  What did it have?  A grayscale screen and MacPaint.
Ooooh, how wonderful.  The Apple II had thousands of titles behind it.

Maybe you ought to consider that it's your news client, not the server.
For instance, I used to use 'rn', which has this limitation.  Now, I
use 'tin'.

And if it IS your server, you can easily switch the server via the
Command Line Parameters.
