Heheheh...I remember when I took my first computer class, the computer 
(an IBM 1320) had to be kept at 65 deg F or less to run.

Stablity is always good.  Noise problems in electronics with temp 
(theoretically 0 noise at 0deg K), thermal shock, p-n junction, static 
electricity (a big problem in S. Cal when the Santa Ana winds are 
blowing), radiation noise (RF, EMF, Magnetic, Static) and I believe Acts 
of God fallin there somewhere too, and Murphys Law of course.
