Do you still need these disks?  I have the MultiRam Software Disk
v5.11 and the ClockWorks disk, if that would help. I have not verified
them but I can do that tomorrow morning.

I can also send you my instructions for setting up a ramdisk, complete
with backup / restore disk using ProSel 8, so that you can make it
permanent.   At least, that's how I did it.

I am not an uploader, so I would have to mail them to you.
