That is the official range, but to use it as a ROM disk requires a
device driver located at F0/0000 (on the card in the memory expansion
slot).  It can access memory anywhere it sees fit, and in theory could
also use banks F8 through FB (and FC/FD on the original motherboard), as
well as other memory areas in bank 7F or lower.

As far as I know, banks 80 through DF and E2 through EF are not
available on the memory expansion slot - the FPI doesn't provide the
signals which might allow a card to decode these areas.

The Memory Manager is definitely limited to bank 7F (though it would be
possible to patch it to support higher bank numbers if the hardware was
also able to handle it).
