I have 2 Toshiba TC514400AP-80 chips in my RamFAST Rev. D card. I got
the card second hand, so I don't know if it has 1 meg on it or not but
when my TWGS at 13.75 MHz was working good, copying files from my Quantum 80
meg HD through the RamFAST was so fast, you would swear it was copying
empty files as opposed to full diectories and files.
It would copy both the entire AppleWorks GS, AppleWorks 5 and
Publish It! 4 folders and files from the HD to my 6 Mb RAM card in less
than 12 seconds. It only took 4 or 5 seconds to read everything and hold
it while it copied.
Incredibly fast but TWGS problems plagued me so I had to slow
everything back down. :-(
