Anybody using dsk2file should be aware that it is extremely slow. It
is also poor at error handling. For example, forget to put a disk in
s6,d1 and watch dsk2file happily write every block to an empty drive
and give you an ear full of noise. If you do something like that by
accident, press ctrl-c and type run to restart and this time, get it write.
