If you download a .gz image from Asimov to a PC, you can unpack it
using WinZip. The result is a .dsk file which can be accessed by a II
emulator on a PC. The typical .dsk file is about 143k in size.
A .dsk file can also be moved (e.g. via NULL modem) to an Apple II.
On the Apple II, the .dsk file can be converted to diskette form. DSK2FILE
can read the .dsk file and write a diskette.
DSK2FILE can also read a diskette and produce a .dsk file.
