Regular printer cables work great from the computer to the switchbox.
But then you need a switchbox cable (all pins wired straight through) to
go from the switchbox to the printer. A printer cable is wired so that
certain pins are crossed over. if you put a printer cable both to and
from the switchbox, you are cancelling out the crossover. It should also
work to have switchbox cables from the computers to the switchbox, and a
regular printer cable from the switchbox to the printer, but that would
be a bit silly.
