Hacker (again)

Ok, well, somebody pointed me to a walkthru for Hacker.  The walkthru stated
that the time ran out in the game before you could get to Washington with the
evidence.  So I tried it anyway, and they were right.  I managed to collect the
whole document, but the time ran out before I could get it to Washington.
So, has anybody ever figured out how to do this in time?  Is there a shortcut
somewhere or something?  If anybody has ever solved this game, PLEASE e-mail
me.  I don't want to have come this far only to be stopped now...
