AppleWriter documentation needed

Help!

I'm teaching a 6th-grade class with 5 Apple IIc's running AppleWriter.
It's been a long time since I've used this program (I bought my first
Apple II in '79.)  I'm looking for someone who might have even the
simplest of documentation on this.  Just a text file reference card
with the command set would be great (including those on how to turn
capitalization on and off with esc.
