An extensive list of the changes between each version of ProDOS can
be found in ProDOS Technical Note 23 ("ProDOS Changes and Minutia").
You can get this note by anonymous FTP from ftp.apple.com, directory
/dts/aii/tn/pdos, file tn-pdos-023.

This note predates ProDOS 8 v2.0.3. But the changes from 2.0.1 to 2.0.3
were pretty minor.

ProDOS Technical Note 24 (file tn-pdos-024 in the same directory) documents
the changes to BASIC.SYSTEM.
