Shamrock 3.5" disk drive

Does anyone else in internetland and appleiiland have the Shamrock 3.5" disk 
drive -- or equivalant.  It was designed for the Apple II and works with the 
Disk ][ controller card.  It supports single sided 3.5" disks formatted at 
360k in ProDOS.  Mine will format to that with the patched ProDOS it came 
with, but DOD 3.3 or standard ProDOS will only format in that drive to 140k. 
 Maybe there is something wrong with my old drive -- I was wondering if 
others with this drive can format 3.5" disks over 140k in DOS 3.3 or ProDOS.
