I know: it is currently installed in my *:system:drivers: folder. BUT the
driver by Joseph W. Leathlean seems faster than the Apple one.

Speaking of Swatterdisk, this is a great utility. I think I will buy you
the source ($15, isn't it? Do you accept International Post orders?). BUT
there are some features(*) I don't like, so I removed it from my system.
Wouldn't it be possible to make those disks accessible under ProDOS 8
(this might be tough:) ?
Do you think Swatterdisk could be used as a basis to develop a
"ShrinkWrap" utility on the IIgs? Combined with the ability to expand on
the fly ShrinkIt disk archives, this would be a hit!
You allocate 4 RAMdisks because there is no way to dynamically change the
device list(**) under GS/OS, right?
(*) It does not work with the Erase and Init commands I wrote for the ORCA
shell. Got disk protected error. If interested, I'll send you the sources.
(**) I don't know GS/OS very well. Could not get my hands on a copy of
GS/OS Ref. ;-) All I have is the GS/OS driver reference (read a few pages
only).
