   System 6.0.1 has its _own_ RAM5 driver that does a great job.  And
if you want a resizable, disposable ramdisk under GS/OS, then check
out my Swatterdisk program-- up to 4 ramdisks of any(*) size created
and disposed at will under GS/OS. [Disks aren't accessible under
ProDOS 8, but they remain in memory until you return to GS/OS]
