Agreed. For text, it is a vast improvement over the composite output.
I booted CP/M, just to see how readable the 80 column text was.

I know that this RGB card is not made to drive a IIgs monitor. In
fact, I'm surpised and pleased that it works as well as it does. Since
the card also has a DB-9 connector, I was also trying other loaner
monitors. You can see the picture from a CGA for comparison, above.
The CGA colors don't match Apple's colors, but I actually thought the
CGA image was sharper.

When I have more time to spend on this, I plan to try a few more
experiments to see if I can make things work better. If I come up with
anything useful, I'll let everyone know.
