Oh my goodness. I don't believe it. I can actually answer a question
that stumped Nathan! (That is not a slam of Nathan, just a recognition
of his excellent and informative posts).
Two ProDos 8 filetype changers come to mind immediately. The first is
called File Attribute Zapper, or simply FAZ. It had a major revision a
while back, and now goes by FAZ II. Good old ProTerm will also let you
change filetypes. Look for "Set File Info" under the "File" menu.
I suspect there are others, but those two come to mind first.
