For System 6.0.x, there's a shareware Finder Extension, Bill
Tudor's More Info, that allows that. It only lets you change only one
filetype at a time, though. GNO/ME 2.0.x (and possibly also 1.x) has
the 'chtyp' shell command that lets you change filetypes.
Not sure on any ProDOS 8 / Basic filetype changers.
