1.03 has been out for a week now, in case you've missed my other
announcements. Basically, I let the Pascal FST recognize disks with
disk names containing hex $21-$2F, in lieu of anything more
restrictive. [If someone with Pascal 1.3 can figure out precisely
which punctuation is legal, I can tighten up the code a bit more.]
