Help: WOLFENSTEIN Questions...

Just downloaded the latest AppleWin available on the 'Net and
a few nostalgic titles from the Asimov archive... I can't 
believe how great these games still are after all these years!

Anyway, my questions are:

1) In Beyond Wolfenstein, how do you switch from pistol to 
	dagger and back (what keys should I press, I mean)?

Also, are there any other special keys I should be reminded
of? I already know that the M-key gives money instead of a 
pass, the 0-9 keys unlock the doors given the correct 3-number
sequence and that crtl-T uses the tools.

2) Where can I get a working copy of CASTLE WOLFENSTEIN?

The Asimov copy (in the misc sub-directory) just shows me the
title screen and nothing else even after waiting for 10+ minutes!

Any information or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
