Re: Imagewriter and ProFile Questions
Otter,
the ProFile, I believe, has its own card that you would need. I don't
_think_ you can daisy chain it with a 5.25" drive.
The ImageWriter switches should be
Row 1
all up but 6
Row 2
1 2 3 4 5 6
D D U U D U
(D=down, U=up)
The modem should work on a IIGS. You need to get an ADB (keyboard port)
splitter (a Y splitter) and plug the keyboard into one fork and the modem
into the other (this is where it draws its power from)--then you can plug
the mouse into the other side of the keyboard. Since this is a Global
Village modem, you might want to call them to find out the proper
Initialization string which may be needed for some telecom software.
