MACINTOSH- I need help :-(

Hi,

I have a problem with my Performa 5200. I have installed a programm named
"Erreditor". It�s from the internet and it�s good to change the
systemmessages. An example is that "Warning" you have to reboot your
computer". With this programm am I able to change the message.......then
safe...and next time I have systemtrouble....I can see ma changed text!!!
But now to the problem: When I saved the exchange, I was warned twice,
that it could give trouble....but I did�nt care! :-)
Now when I try to start my computer, I get a message like......this
Macintosh can�t start because I can not find the systemsoftware.....OK, no
problem I thought.I took my systemCD (7.5.1), and tried to boot the
computer from the CD......but it did�nt work...there came only the same
message.....
I do not know what to do, bacause I need my Apple-desktop.....believe me,
I tried everything, so if anybody know what to do-please mail me!
