transwarp and stuff

I was given a truck load of stuff (small pickup) and amoung the
stuff was a rom 1 GS with a transwarp card.  I want to move it
to my rom 3 but since this card is one of the first ones out,
and I know that some stuff for the rom 1 doesn't work with
a rom3 I would welcome any infomation on if the card will
work in the rom3.
There also was a titan Accelerator IIe card.  If anyone has info
on this card, it too would be welcome.
