GUPP 1.03 GS Patch Program Released

Well, another couple of days, another GUPP version. This one patches
the 6.0.1 Pascal FST to allow characters that can legitimately appear
in volume names (like "-"), as well as makes the Finder patches run
faster than in 1.02. There's also a 'placebo' version that uses the
same amount of memory but does nothing for memory block checking
in case you're having problems with GUPP.

   As usual, uploaded to apple2.caltech.edu, and ftp.ugcs.caltech.edu,
pub/nathan. And, as usual, reports of bugs are appreciated so I can
hunt them down and fix them!
