Help: Convert AW files to IBM

Hi,

Can someone offer some advice on how I can convert my AppleWorks v3.0
file to a PC? Someone told me ClarisWork for the IBM works just like AW, 
but the problem now is how do I move my Apple formatted data to an IBM 
formatted disk? I was thinking of doing a direct link for file transfer, 
but I do not know how to proceed.
