After receiving my SS video Card, one year ago, I get the following
	problem:

--------------------------------------------------------------------
	I have a RAMfast REV D, ROM Rev 3.01b Cache 256. Serial
Number of the Card is #5581 (On the Card I have U6, U15,
	U17).
Attached on the Card I have :

		ID4: CD Sony
ID1: HD 100 Mg (Off Line)
		ID0: HD 100 Mg ( 2 Prodos Partition and 1 HFS).

When I start-up the GS I hear that the HD is 'activated'
for a very short time, but I get on the Screen
"Unable to Load Prodos". I also tried to boot the GS and
pressing the 0 key, but I still get "Unable to load Prodos".

If I started from a Floppy. The IIgs boot and when I'm
on the Finder the CVtechROM is on the Desktop. But I can't
access the RAMfast Menu. By launching the applic.
And One time I get a 'RAMFAST-SCSI Fatal Memory Fault
	code = 0C'.

Is there a compatibility problem with my RAMfast. Should I
	upgrade it ?.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

I get the following answer from Jawaid:

Use wire clippers to cut off the capacitor that is soldered to
the gold edge connector on the back of the Second Sight board.
Be careful to clip the leads very short, so you do not inadvertantly
cause a cross-connection on other pins.

Removing this capacitor should resolve your problem.

BTW, take care not to remove the blue wire that is also soldered
to the edge connector - the blue wire must be attached there
for proper modification.
