Way to read old Apple II 5.25" floppies

Hi.  sorry for the cross post.

Our lab has a bunch of old 5.25" Apple II floppies containing
ascii data.  Sadly, we don't have an Apple II lying around.
We need to get at the data somehow.

Is there some driver, program or such that will allow a dos machine's
5.25" drive to read an apple II 5.25 floppy, or is
there a hardware issue as well?

any help greatly appreciated.  please email replies.  If there's
interest I'll post a summary.
