Thanks for the clarification on the distribution of HSGS v1.1, per your 
tel-con to the Apple Computer, Inc. rep. on the issue.  Rest assured, 
they told me it was allowed via a WWW site, with the lic. for same - in 
a tel-con I had with an Apple Computer, Inc. Lic. Rep.  But, as I've 
pointed out to you before in my emails recently - I have no intentions 
of causing any problems, nor with doing anything from the 1WSW or GS 
WorldView web sites, with any software or archives - that could be 
considered by anybody to be an illigal archive, in any manner or 
fashion.

I have no intention or desire to challenge Apple Computer, Inc. or their 
lawyers on this matter nor any other matter. If and when I do obtain a 
written agreement between me and Apple Computer, Inc. that expressly 
allows me to make the HCGS v1.1 archive available from the 1WSW and/or 
GS WorldView web site, then I will make it available.  If not, then I'll 
simply make a link to it for the apple.com proper URL that contains it.

If they don't issue a written agreement with me giving me authorization 
to do so - then, I certainly never would!  I'll be sure to post and 
advise on the results of the written special arrangements agreement with 
an exact copy of their reply - between Apple Computer, Inc. and myself 
on this matter conserning the legal distribution of HCGS v1.1, exactly 
as they relate it to me, when I receive same from them.
